I have pregnancy of 5 months

L am 5 month pregnant and a- blood group , previously miscarriage one time of 1 and half month . Now l am feeling breathlessness due to cold , I usually used foracort 200 inhaler , can I use this in pregnancy , and for cold and cough which medicines can I use , please respond, I am in urgent need .
