-Light moisturizer for dry acne-prone skin
-Sunscreen SPF 50 daily (Acne UV Gel / Re’equil / La Shield)
Night:
-Wash face gently
-Apply Adapalene 0.1% gel pea-sized amount over acne area on alternate nights initially
-Use moisturizer after application if dryness occurs
For acne marks/open pores:
-Niacinamide 5% serum can help gradually
-Avoid squeezing pimples or using harsh scrubs/home remedies
Health Tips
-Use sunscreen regularly otherwise marks become darker
-Keep pillow covers and towels clean
-Drink enough water and maintain proper sleep
-Improvement takes time, usually 6–8 weeks with regular use
