I have piles problem ad it getting worst
What should i do its very uneasy to pass the stool also i drink water regularly ...but cant help for me its very difficult to manage daily routine like sit my father have same problem it is genetic offcourse but i want to get rid through this as soon as possible can this happen please also suggest me what daily food i need to consume to reduce the pain

Besides taking plenty of water, take more of green leafy vegetables like spinach. Avoid taking spicy food. Take 3 tsp of Cremaffin at night to soften your stools Also, sit in a tub of warm water twice daily. Apply Smuth Oint internally after taking this warm bath. Take Tab. Pilex 2 tab 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

First have fibre rich diet along with plenty of water Then use stool softeners ... Avoid spicy foods.. Take site bath for pain.. But any factors that are worsening ur piles need to be looked into..severity needs to be assessed in terms of bleeding and prolapse ... Consult for further management
