I have photo phobia with migraine since
I have photo phobia and migraine since 1 week, what is the treatment ? I get migraine when I directly or indirectly see the light, at night and when I close my eyes, headache decreases can you tell me what photo phobic glasses can I wear and tablet for migraine Thank you

You can use sunglasses or polarized glasses 👓 For migraine tablet, you will need to do a full consultation. But you can use Paracetamol and see if there is improvement

There are multiple triggers from different types of migraine. As far as I can understand bright light seems to be one of the triggers. There are 3 stages of migraine wherein the first stage which is called aural symptoms you can experience imaginary extremely bright rings or flashes in your field of vision which is the trigger for migraine. When you experience this particular symptom you can take a tablet called Grenil which can postpone or decrease the intensity of the headache. Another step I can suggest is avoid loud noises, exposure to laptop, desktop or smartphone screen too close to your eyes and also avoid screen exposure without any ambient light.
Next Steps
The first step of treatment for migraine is 3 month long oral tablet at bedtime is prescribed but it is to be taken only if the frequency of the headaches are more than two times in a week. I don't find any specific ophthalmological reason for your headache but for whatever worth you can try blue light filtered spectacles when you spend time on a screen.

Deep breathing exercises and half hour of cardio exercises for example walking on a treadmill or  a 20 minute walk on a staircase can increase your cardiovascular fitness which will help to decrease the effect of any diffuse muscular tension in the body. More often than not even emotional disturbances can lead to muscular tension.

Light sensitivity is sometimes associated with migraine. Since you have history of depression also, it is better to have a consultation with a psychiatrist/psychologist. A detailed eye examination. Try to find out the reasons which cause headache and avoid them.
