Hi...I have eye pain throughout the day...since months...One Dr said it's dry eyes..I drink 3l water..but no use...how do I know if it's dry eyes ..its irritating which drops to use

drinking water will not help dry eye .if you are an i t professional or work too much on mobile then you are prone to develop dry eye. you must use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop .
