I have PCOS - need to get periods
Okay soo i was diagnosed with pcos a few years ago. I haven't been on medication since quite many months now. But since this lockdown has started, my normal routine changed and I haven't been getting my periods since then. It has been over 2 months now. Please can someone suggest me the medicine to get back on track, once i get my periods back I will try to start exercising more need to get back on track.

Do a pregnancy test and if negative start Tablet Regestrone 5 mg three times a day for 5 days after you stop taking the medication you will get your periods after 7 days After you get your periods Take Tablet Yasmin from day 2 of periods for 3 cycles

PCOS is becoming a rising concern among youth due to our lifestyle, eating habits and stress. It needs treatment not only with medications but also needs lifestyle modification . You need treatment for regularising the periods .
