I have PCOD since 2012.
I m 29 yrs. I have PCOD since 2012. Ever since my periods are irregular. But they do come. This time its been since March i have no periods. I am exercising. Reduced some weight but still no periods. What should i do to induce my periods?

Get an ultrasound done to know the endometrial thickness. Periods can be induced by Progesterone of ET is sufficiently thick. Else you may need OCPs for 2-3 cycles.

Hello....... You can take oral contraceptive pills to regularise periods.... OCPs regularise periods and minimize bleeding.... But you can't conceive.... You haven't mentioned your current weight. You can take tablets If you have insulin resistance... Consult gynecologist in nearest hospital......
