Hello All the medicines you mentioned have different actions. Fertisure F and Pregnasure  are  combination of anti oxidants and multivitamins. They have supplemental role. Letrozole is used for ovulation induction., which is the first line of treatment in pcod. It has to be started from Day 2/3 of cycle for 5days. It should be ideally followed up with follicular monitoring by ultrasound.

Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg from day 17-26 of cycle twice a day for 10 days
