All the medicines you mentioned have different actions. Fertisure F and Pregnasure are combination of anti oxidants and multivitamins. They have supplemental role. Letrozole is used for ovulation induction., which is the first line of treatment in pcod. It has to be started from Day 2/3 of cycle for 5days. It should be ideally followed up with follicular monitoring by ultrasound.
