Ma'am if you are pregnant then you should avoid medication you can only take paracetamol in emergency , if you are having cavity and its deep then you have to avoid RCT also . You might be having BRUXISM (grinding teeth wether conscious or unconscious at night) issue due to this the enamel layer gets removed and you feel sensitive for avoiding this type of problem you can get a night guard fabricated. You can use thermoseal for that sensitivity issue there is no problem.

Their are multple reasons for tooth pain .They are : Infection Gum disease Grinding teeth (bruxism) Tooth trauma An abnormal bite Tooth eruption (in babies and school-age children) Rinse with warm salt water Gently floss teeth to dislodge any food particles trapped between teeth. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen to relieve pain. Never put aspirin or any other painkiller against the gums near the aching tooth, as it may burn the gum tissue. Apply an over-the-counter antiseptic containing benzocaine directly to the irritated tooth and gum to temporarily relieve pain. Visit dentist
