the reasons for the chest pain could be a lot. nothing can be said by just such limited history.
the possible reasons could be, musculoskeletal pain as a result if trauma, sprain etc.
underlying lung or pleura pathology.
therefore meet a physician in person and get evaluated

hi, you should tell us type of chest , it could be due to trauma ,weight lifting, in prolonged cough r sneezing , lower respiratory tract infection , if its persistent kindly consult physician
