I have pain below my earlob area
I am having pain below my earlob area and its paining and swelling like a lump and becoming red here is the photo attached what is it,is it somthing serious ,i am having my earing since 4 ears never had this problem i removed my earing also that maybe because of earring it happened its been 3days its paining
