I have oral pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have white spots on my tonsils, the inside of my lips are sore, sore throat, lie bump of my tongue, gums are sore, but only in the back in one area near my molars and this morning I was brushing my teeth and my gums bled. I don’t feel tired, no nausea, no fever no headaches. I feel fine to work, it’s just my mouth is in a little pain and I want to prevent anything severe. I did about two weeks about kiss someone before these symptoms came about
