I have one white spot on right lung

Hello sir's i got visa from kuwait . 2 weeks after go for medical but i checked pre medical checkup i have a one white spot on right lung . doctor say it is not a problem to health these is not tb , but gulf medical didn't accept white spot please suggest my life sir any treatment for these white spot
