I have night fall problems for some days

I am 22 yr. Old and i have night fall like same other normal people. After few months I have night fall but this night fall is not thick and there is i have no feel of ejeculataion. when I was 16 yr old Ipracticed musterbation and that is still continue till yr.. but I heard some problems of musterbation and I stopped from doing this and after stop of musterbation 1 or 2 months I got regular night fall but last 3 or 4 yr. I have much of nightfall and not my sperm is watery type & smell sperm
