I have started him to give lactogen powder 1 since from a month after five months istarted to give him lactogen powder 1 and a malt. Nw I'm giving him a nandini milk nw he is getting very hard poop and he cries a lot. Plz suggest me wt can idoo

Hi. Avoid cow's milk or packet milk till 1 year of age. Continue breast feeding and give first foods like Ragi porridge, cerelac etc. If breastfeeding not adequate then give formula milk by spoon and cup and NOT bottle feeding... Nanexcellapro is a better milk than lactogen as it is close to breast milk in composition..its costlier than lactogen. Pls give him sips of water in between feeds. This will also soften the poop...
