Some of them are becoming painful due to my working conditions. Need guidance how it should be cure or remove through surgery.

Untill n unlees its asymptomatic ..there is no need for treatment  but u can easily get it surgically removed if it's cosmetically unacceptable.. Stay safe and strong 🙏
