Do a ßhCG. It's a blood test that will surely tell whether you are pregnant. Also get an ultrasound done. I noticed that you are overweight for your height. You may be suffering from imbalanced hormones as well. Visit a gynaecologist for further treatment
Next Steps
ßhCG, ultrasound pelvis, TSH

Hello, Since you missed your periods, there are chances of you being pregnant. What was the result of the home pregnancy test? If the result was positive, you are pregnant. You should visit a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.
