I have missed my period 3 days back

Pregnancy test is positive. But Having pain on the right side of the abdomen and it's raising if I walk.I am very much scared as it is my first pregnancy and let me know why this pain happens. Is this because of ecotopic pregnancy or miscarriage.

Please visit your gynaecologist . Get your B HCG levels done. repeat B Hcg levels every 48hrs to see if there is a steady increase ....which is a good sign and then if the sac i.e pregnancy is visible in the uterine cavity then no problem. If the increase is erratic and sac not visible inside the cavity and pain or other symptoms appear then it could be ectopic....
