  4. I have mild pain in left testicle.

I have mild pain in left testicle
I have mild pain left testicle since last ten days. When i walk or do some work i cannot feel pain but when sitting relax and in lying in bed i can feel that pain. I had a semen test few days back that is ok except 4 to 6 pus cells was there in report.
