1. Go for regular exercise 1/2 hr. brisk
2. Diet : Have less carbohydratesfats,more proteins and fibre.
Lots of vegetable salads and fruits in between meals
Avoid junk foods and fried foods.,redmeat.
Have atleast 2 eggwhites and milk daily.
Have chicken and fish .
Have nuts like walnuts and almonds daily 2-3 per day.
