- static quads exercise: lye down on your back, place a rolled towel or a small soft ball below your knee. Apply pressure on the rolled towel or ball . Note that you are NOT lifting your hip to do the same. Hold for 10 seconds Repeat for 10 times 2times a day.
- sit with your feet on ground. Now lift one leg at a time. Keep your back straight. Hold this position for 10 seconds, repeat for 10times, 2times a day.
- lye down on your back. Now lift your leg with knee straight. Just a few feet away from the bed. Hold for 10seconds, repeat for 10times, 2times a day.
- side lying and repeat the same above.
-ultrasound therapy along with the exercises can also help relieve pain.
- hot/cold application multiple times a day.
