Last week my bp readings are 120 /80 to 124/85till friday and friday knight It was 140/90 saturday it was 160/100 this week i dint took tablet is it compulsory to take the tablet dr adviced me telsys h 40mg

High blood pressure or hypertension is a disorder and not a disease. Hence it can be only corrected with medication and diet/ healthy life style. So it’s mandatory for you to take medicines everyday without fail as your doctor advised you. As you did not take the medicine your BP has gone up. Please start the medicine and continue to take it regularly. Also maintain a bp chart on daily basis
