I have heavy periods, coccyxa, leg pain.

I had underwent a ultrsound and report impression was hypoechoic mass in posterior wall of uterus of 18*19MM. I want to know do i really need treatment . Is there any risk of growing it cancerous or can leave it unattended. if yes , what treatment i need for it. Please guide me.
