I had kept braces last year. After removed the braces, now i have gaps in my teeth. Could you please suggest me

hi After removal of braces retainers must be worn regularly.Failure to do so will result in gaps recurring.Please visit your orthodontist to evaluate the amount of gaps present and suggest a retention protocol accordingly.
