I have found a white pimple on my nipple

Hi, I’m a 13yr old girl who suffers with severe heath anxiety and I constantly worry about cancer and extreme health conditions. Just now I have found a white pimple like spot on my nipple . It is small but sticks out like a skin tag and hurts a bit when I rub my finger over it . My breasts are not fully grown and I have not started my menstrual cycle. Please could you tell me if I need to worry about this as much as I am .
