I have fever and body pain. A chemist give me some medicines - paracetamol,aciloc 300,ciplox 500, neurobion forte, wysolona 5 . can i take all these medicines or i can take few of them?

Only paracetamol is enogh for body pain and fever in general. But the fever needs to be evaluated as in is it a viral fever, dengue, malaria, typhoid or due to any other cause. Never take any medication without proper guidance
