I have excessive fault smell discharge

I am married for the past 7 years and have done abortion with my hubby 3 times and have one daughter who is 3years old I lost interest in sex for past 4,years and have white discharge and vaginal dryness which is very foul smell

You have to consult your Gynaecologist who will examine you and take PAP smear test and also swab test . Rule out Pelvic inflammatory disease by Scan .
Meanwhile , you can use , Vaginal wash ( v wash) and Antibiotics ( Doxycyllin & Metrogyl) along with multivitamin .
Vaginal dryness use Oestrogen gel .
