I have enlargement in left testes
There is swelling in my left testes in ultrasound Right testes is34*22*18mm and Left tastes is 37*30*18mm but there is no evidence of hydrocele or varicocele I have no pain

Rt testicle is 13.46 CC whereas Left testicle 19.98 CC. Left testicle is bigger but has no pathology so far.
Size difference between left and right is common. Be on watch out and observe once in a year.
