you can follow some precautions to get rid of dryness. don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. don't depend on fat free diet. follow 20.20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 sec after every w0 minutes. offcourse use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily.
