Hi,
Baby’s colour can be assessed at 3-6 months only. The skin colour depends on genes, hereditary and not only on parent colour.

Generally this changes so you should not be worried at all, wanted to know whether any dark complexioned person is there in family as it comes through gene, but I admire your observation
