I have body pain from more than4 months.

Sometimes my chest is paining while breathing ,I have to lumps type something in my right breast.i don't know exactly what it is.byt sometimes it is paining either of the side mostly left side..my back is paining to much the portion opposite to chest.i am feeling weak very much sometimes ..I have white discharge also frequently.
