I am a smoker and i have asthma and bronchitis from childhood.past 6years I developed smoking now just quited 3 months ago.but I have breathing difficulty some times and I have white mucus from nose always.n some times blood comes along with it.Its been happening from past 4 months.

Consult a pulmonologist and get yourself evaluated...you will require test like spirometry, Chest X ray and possibly CT thorax...you should take inhalers or rotacaps for your chest symptoms and nasal spray like avamys for nasal part...dont go for nose picking.
