I have binocular diplopia for 2 years
I've had binocular diplopia for quite some time I have taken all the MRI scans required nothing came up much I was wondering if you could help me figure out what prism glasses are and how they could help my condition and how can I get hands on them asap.

Please consult a squint specialist in clinic for proper work up. Prisms are good options, you will have relief from diplopia with prisms, but the basic problem will remain even after that.

Prism glasses help mainly those who have diplopia due to squint. You may have something called as Physiological diplopia You may have refractive Error or thyroid issues which may be the cause of diplopia.
