Hello... The main cause for your acne is the underlying PCOS..... so my sincere suggestion is to treat that rather than treating the effects like acne with such treatment as carbon peeling.... For renal calculi.... have lots of fluids/ water regularly..... For PCOS.... keep a check on your weight by maintaining a regular diet n exercise..... Consult some Good Homoeopath nearby who will take a detailed history and advise needful medicines accordingly.....
