I have pain in my glans. It pains alot during urine and a white fluid comes out of my urethra. My foreskin is also tightened but i used - boroplus cream from last 1-2days and it is giving gud result... Can i use this inside my glans.? I also had smegma few days back but now the pain is alot or can i use.? Fluconazole in my glans i mean inside foreskin

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Without examining we cannot know what it is. If your foreskin is tight and cannot be pulled back, then it could be something called phimosis.
