I have a small outgrowth on my toe

I have a small outgrowth or protrusion on my big toe.It pains when it is touched.Its been there for more than 6 months.the skin on the outgrowth crumbles as it is very soft.It hurts when i wear shoes.ive punctured it but all that comes out us blood.
