I have a questionable ultrasound

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and you can see the gestational sac with my baby and a small sac on top. To my knowledge the placenta looks whiter and this sac is black. Is it a hematoma? It's about a third of the size of the other one so maybe a vanishing twin?
