Asked for Female, 19 Years

Ok so I sex with my ex around the 19 of July.Later I found out he had a girlfriend and that he also had the trich STD.Yesterday I start havin a cold.And facial pain.Today I noticed white spots on my tonsils.Im very aware that I need to get checked but I don't have insurance.My symptoms so far are runny nose,congestion in nose white spots on throat.
