I have a fibroid in my uterus

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have a fibroid (59x53x41) my uterus is sized 65x45x40. I have very painful periods and have started feeling weak over the time. I am also taking some homeopathic medication. I encountered this issue only in Jan. I got to know that you have some treatment for fibroid. As i am not living in Hyderabad, i wanted to get more information from you regarding the treatment you have other than the laparoscopy.
