I have a cyst in my left ovary

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I did an ultrasound which detected a well defined simple cust measuring 90*71*56 mm (volume-190cc) Exophytic left ovarian cyst, I have pain on the left side of my lower stomach. Please can you tell me what can be done for this and explain this to me.
