I have a "blister" on my penis

I woke up 2 days ago with an open blister looking thing on my penis. I am not sure what it is, i have herpes on my mouth lip, so i am thinking it could be that, because i touched my penis with infected hands, but it doesnt have the little bubbles that herpes usually has, so i am very unsure what it could be
