I have a 6 mm kidney stone and doctor give me tamsulosin for 1 month take 1 tab at night... Today i musterbate sparm not come... Is it normal or what is happening...???

Why tamsulosin ? Stop it Just have lot of water 6mm is a small stone . It will pass out in its on .
