I had unprotected sex. Tell family.

I had unprotected sex and we just rubbed our genital parts and he never put his penis inside me. he came over the pubic hair and was just rubbing over the vagina. i washed quickly after that and it did bleed a bit. i felt hurt a bit. maybe the hymen stretched. was bleeding a bit jus a little. it felt only when finger is put on the vagina. the next day i had a brown discharge mix black brown red and it was clotted type. we both were worried and searched alot . concluded that maybe this is implantation bleeding cause i finished my periods by 12th may and had sex on 13th may. 14th may it was brown secreation . almost after 42 hours i took ECP 2 pills 1.5 mg levonorgestrel. after that i felt a bit more and then it started bleeding more. i am also experiencing abdominal pain and back pain. pain in the legs was more. i don't know whats happening. sometimes it pain like heavy and then in legs more. bleeding is more. im 19. will turn 20 this august. can't tell family. or doctor please help.
