I had an abortion on 30th March 2017.

I had 6 week pregnancy..... Nd I had medical abortion on 30th March 2017..dn on 1st April I went to doc. Fr TVS.. Nd he said no product is der....aftr dt also I ws worried so..on 23rd nd 24th April I did pregnancy test it ws negative nd on 25th I started bleeding.. Dt day only again I went to my gyne doc. He did TVS... Nd he said dt it's menstruation bleeding only....aftr 3 days bleeding stopped nd on 28th nd on 29th again I did pregnancy test it came negative...... Bt still I'm feeling uncomfortable stomach.... Nw is it possible dt der is some product left in my uterus? Should I worried dt smthng is left or my pregnancy is continuing? Shuld I go for another sonography? And is it possible some infection is der?plz help me fr dis que....I dnt knw still hv doubt bt der is no symptoms
