Whenever you feel pain ... you should do hot water fomentation of your hand ... at least for 15 minutes ..twice a day.
Then do following exercises :-
1. Make fist nd then open it ( 20rep twice/day)
2.finger flicker exercise (20rep twice/day)
3. Stretching (take a small rubber band ..stretch it with your little finger and thumb)..... 15rep twice/day .
