I got tremer and severe headach

Asked for Male, 34 Years

When I take tab levothyroxin(T4) 25mcg. I got severe headache, palpitaion and tremors occasionally. My free T4 is 0.99 ng/dl T4 is 4.4 microgms/dl TSH is 19.22 micro IU/ml AMA 1060 IU/ml Clinical status is showing on report is Euthyroid. I am adviced to take T Eltroxin 25mcg per day empty stomach. please guide what should with such symptom.

It's unusual to have such symptoms at this age with Thyroxin unless you have an underlying cardiac problem. I would suggest that you get your basic cardiac work up done including 24 hr holter monitoring.
