I got positive HCG level then negetive
I done 3 time home pregnancy test one done on 22th day before missed periods second done on 23th day and third test done on 24th day all very faint positive then I went for HCG beta on 25th day it was 30 ml then I did 3 home pregnancy day on 30th day all were negetive and also my HCG was negative with value 5 which I tested on 30th day.my period cycle is of 30 days.i have no symptoms since starting.now what I need to do my gynaecologist is saying to wait me 4-5 days.will my periods come automatically or I need to take some medicines.

Pregnancy test shud be done 24 hours AFTER a missed period
Also a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
Repeat pregnancy test on day 38
