I got 3.9 hemoglobin
I looke so pale and doctor suggest me To do check up CBC and i got 3.9 and i got again check up urine and stool test i got pus cell in my stool 2-3 and epithelial cell 0-1 in other hand in urine test i got 2-3 red blood cells pus cells (WBCs) 3-4 epithelial cell 0-1 is it normal or abnormal?

U need investigations for anemia. You need atleast 2 unit blood transfusion.instead of Asking questions on public platform get admitted and get blood transfusion done. It's very severe anemia

They  are looking  ok,later again  check urine test,presence of Red blood cells is not  good.The reason for  Anaemia  looks to be something  else.
