I feel tremer in my hands
Hello Doctor
One month ago I was holding my girlfriend's hand and she felt a tremer in my hand. After this incident I sometimes feel very minor tremer in my hands while doing some work, it is not affecting my life, but I'm worried about Parkinson's disease.
When I ask people to hold my hand, they say yes there is tremer
But I myself don't feel it at most of the times.

Parkinson's disease is usually seen in the elderly and is unlikely to be the obvious cause of your tremor. However, young people can have tremor due to other reasons which need a thorough evaluation by a Neurologist.
