I am very skinny and i feel (sharp and dull) pain in my chest and sometime left and right arm and also on upper back but not at night. I feel like if I stretch a certain way the sharp pain will happen

Its may be due muscle strain only nothing to worry, nothing related to lungs just take some muscle relaxants ant pain killers alone for week u will get relief.
